I grew up playing barefoot in the bayous of Houston, Texas where the secrets of nature enchanted me. As children we fearlessly spent all summer peeking and poking at the curiosities of whatever we encountered. It was grand.

 

 I still look for those secrets along the edges of creeks, streams, ponds, and water everywhere. Be a child again, and come with me as we explore life along the edges .....
